I’ve made this blog because I want July 2012 to be counted. But just like them old few months - I failed. But this is not my call for giving up. It’s for me to start again. I know I might be starting tomorrow (OCTOBER 22) and that will be my advantage because I’m earlier for what suppose to be. So here I go! HEADS UP! Make NOVEMBER 2012 counts!
I have planned few workouts already. ofcourse everyday, I will do 30 minute jogging. then alternate days of ab and arm workout.
Luckily for me, I’m still 130 lbs and 5ft. So yeah, here I go 125 lbs!
